(SBU) We delivered reftel invitation to Lieutenant Colonel Radenko
Subotic of the Ministry of Defense Sector for Material Resources on
March 12. Subotic indicated the MOD would send a delegation to the
Stockpile Reduction Workshop in Zagreb but said that they would stay
at a different hotel due to budget constraints. Subotic was
informed of the request to present a 10 minute presentation in
English on the October 2006 munitions explosion in Paracin, Serbia,
Serbia's response, and the impact that the explosion caused in the
community.
