(SBU) We delivered reftel demarche to Ljubomir Postic, assistant to
the head of the MFA Directorate for Weapons Control, on March 20.
Postic indicated that MFA had prepared Serbia's Annual Declaration
(AD) and it was with the Ministry of Defense for coordination.
Postic believed it would be submitted by the March 31 deadline.
