We delivered reftel demarche to Serbian MFA Arms Control officer
Ljubomir Postic on February 5 and left non-paper for review. Postic
advised that MFA would need additional time to respond if the MFA or
other relevant ministries had concerns about NPT issues in the
coming months which they wanted to address to the USG.
