We delivered reftel demarche to Serbian MFA Arms Control officer
Ljubomir Postic on February 5. Postic inquired where there would be
any financial support for delegations traveling to Germany and
advised that the MFA would contact POCs directly if they decided to
participate. We also asked Postic to provide comments to the latest
MGD draft.
