(SBU) PolOff delivered reftel demarche to Majdi Ramadan, Head
of the Americas Desk at the Lebanese Ministry of Foreign
Affairs on July 27. Ramadan told PolOff he would forward the
notification to the Interior Ministry (MOI). Ramadan could
not provide any names of prospective attendees. He stated
the reftel would go to the MOI's Information Unit or Criminal
Investigation Unit.
