head of the Americas Desk at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Ramadan confirmed on May 4 that the GOL will support the
U.S. in its candidacy for the UN Human Rights Council. He
commended the U.S. decision to run for the seat and said the
U.S. participation is very important for advancing human
rights worldwide.
