1. (SBU) The Royal Thai Government (RTG) is expected to receive IMET
and other aid from FY 09 foreign assistance funds. The RTG budget
is readily available to the public on the Budget Bureau's website:
www.bb.go.th. The budget contains a detailed accounting of incomes
and expenditures, as required under Section 7088(c)(1) of the 2009
SFOAA (Div. H, P.L. 111-8).
2. (SBU) We believe the budget as presented represents an accurate
picture of actual RTG income and expenditures.
