1. Per reftel request, we forwarded a copy of the letter from
the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) Acting Assistant
Administrator James Balsiger regarding swordfish exports to
the United States to Dr. Somying Piumsomboon,
Director-General of Thailand's Department of Fisheries. The
original signed letter from Assistant Administrator Balsiger
should be addressed as follows:
