Kanchana Patarachoke, North America Director at the Thai
Foreign Ministry (MFA),confirmed to Econoff September 15
that the Thai government will send a representative to the
Secretary's food security
event on September 26, but is still determining who will
serve as the representative. The MFA
and relevant ministries are still analyzing the demarche
content and will report Thailand's position to post, as well
as who will represent the Thai government, as soon as
possible.
