poloff of Azerbaijan's voting decision on the reftel votes at
UNGA. Azerbaijan will abstain from all resolutions on the
DPRK and will vote against all resolutions on Burma, as they
had in the past. While the final decision has not been made,
Ibrahimova says Azerbaijan will likely be absent from all
human rights resolutions on Iran.
