2. Pursuant to the Leahy Act and Foreign Assistance Act, post
requests the Department's assistance in screening the following
candidates from the Iraqi Security Forces who has been nominated for
training in the United States.
3. The name of the proposed candidate follows:

POSITION: Colonel, Meteorology Department Chief, Iraqi AIR FORCE
DOB: 10 July 1965
TYPE OF TRAINING: Familiarization visit by invite from US AIR FORCE
