1. This is an action request. If possible, please expedite this
request as training is scheduled to begin September 5, 2009. Our
apologies for the late submission.
2. Pursuant to the Leahy Act and Foreign Assistance Act, post
requests the Department's assistance in screening the following
candidates from the Iraqi Security Forces who has been nominated for
training in the United States.
3. The name of the proposed candidate follows:

POSITION: 2LT, Iraqi Air Force, Iraqi Ministry of Defense
