Washington. Although the tone of al-Yassery,s words have
changed, the message remains similar -- the GOI fully intends
to enter Camp Ashraf in the near future, establish an IP
station and move the camp,s residents to an alternative
location inside Iraq, with the ultimate goal of relocating
them to another country entirely. They also want U.S.
military forces isolated from Ashraf residents as soon as
possible, arguing the U.S. forces, presence leads Ashraf
residents to inaccurately conclude the U.S. is still the
ultimate arbiter of their future status. End Comment.
