1. This is an action request.


2. Pursuant to the Leahy Act and Foreign Assistance Act, post
requests the Department's assistance in screening the following
candidates from the Iraqi Security Forces who has been nominated for
training in the United States. Post has no derogatory information.

TYPE OF TRAINING: Undercover Operations (Electronic Surveillance
Equipment Training, Evidence Handling and Storage and Officer
Survival Training)

TRAINING LOCATION: Zoo Facility, Baghdad, Iraq
