1. (SBU) Post delivered reftel non-papers upon receipt to the
Greek MFA's Disarmament Sub-Section Head Loukas Tsokos, whose
office has responsibility for Greece's Australia Group
participation. In a follow-up discussion on August 26, Tsokos
appreciated the papers and our request for comment, and noted he
had passed them on to technical experts, given the highly technical
nature of the papers. He stated that if Greece had comments, he
would pass them to us well in advance of the September 21-25
plenary.
