Organizations Justo Apodaca October 23 regarding the Third
Committee session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).
Apodaca thanked POLOFF for the discussion and said he would ask
Paraguay's U.N. team to speak with the U.S. Mission in New York.
He made no commitments regarding votes in the 2009 Third Committee
session.
