1. The following is a second update on Kazakhstan's high-level
attendance at the 64th UN General Assembly (UNGA). Please note that
the delegation's composition has changed -- it will now be lead by
Kazakhstan's recently-appointed new Foreign Minister Kanat
Saudabayev.
A. Attendance of the Head of State:
-- Nursultan Nazarbayev, President
-- No plans to attend
B. Attendance of the Head of Government
-- Karim Masimov, Prime Minister
-- No plans to attend
C. Attendance of the Foreign Minister
