1. On February 28, the Embassy received an announcement from the
State Committee on Fishing Industry inviting participation in an
international exhibition and conference on fishing industry to be
held on October 8-10, 2009.
2. The original text of the announcement follows.
BEGIN TEXT:
Dear colleagues,
In accordance with Decree No. 10108 of the President of Turkmenistan
dated November 26, 2008 the State Committee of Fishing Industry of
Turkmenistan will hold an International exhibition "Fishing Industry
of Turkmenistan - 2009" and International scientific conference
"Protection and Rational Use of Aqua-biological Resources of the
Caspian Sea" in Ashgabat on October 8-10, 2009.
We would greatly appreciate if the representatives of enterprises,
companies, societies of fish industry of your country will
participate in the forthcoming international events.
We kindly request Exhibition participants to inform us about
required exhibition space for the exposition and as for participants
of scientific conference, please send us the outlines of the paper
(up to 1 page) before August 1, 2009, including the full data (name,
date of birth, passport number, place and date of issue, position,
contact telephone and fax numbers, e-mail and copy of passport) to
the following address:
Turkmenistan, Ashgabat, Magtymguly Ave. 54 A, State Committee of
Fishing Industry of Turkmenistan.
