Post has gathered biographic information, so far on 61 of the 125 deputies elected December 14, 2008 to the Mejlis (parliament). This cable presents the bios for those representing Lebap province districts. The parliament's opening session was on January 9 (Ref. A). ¶2. District 70 - Kadyrberdy Ayydov: Ayydov was born in Birata village in 1950. He graduated from the State Pedagogic Institute in 1972. He taught at secondary school #8 in Birata village from 1972-1978. 1978-1990 he was the Secretary of the Darganata village Komsomol Committee. From 1990 - 1995 he taught at secondary school #8 in Birata. 1995-2001 he was the deputy principal at the school. Since 2001, he has been a teacher at the school. He is married and has two children. ¶3. District 71 - Kamyla Pilnova: Pilnova was born in Galkynysh village in 1961. She graduated from the Kuybyshev Trade Institute in Tashkent in 1990. From 1982-1983, she worked as a confectioner in a food enterprise in Galkynysh erap. 1984-1988, she was a confectioner at the state trade enterprise in Seydi. 1989-1990 Pilnova was head of division of Seydi town bakery. 1990-1998 she was a trader in the state trade enterprise of Seydi. 1999-2000 Pilnova was Deputy Chief of the state trade enterprise of Seydi. Since 2000 she has been the Chief of the state trade enterprise of Seydi. Pilnova is a member of the Turkmen Democratic Party, is married, and has two children. ¶4. District 72 - Ogulhajat Amanmyradovna Ishangulyyeva: Ishangulyyeva was born in Ashgabat in 1958. She graduated from Turkmen State University in 1994. 1999-2001 she was Deputy Principal of Ashgabat's secondary school #62. 2001-2003 she was principal of Ashgaat secondary school #63. 2003-2004 she was head of division of the Ashgabat education office. 2006-2007 she was Acting Principal of Kekilov Pedagogic Institute. Since 2007 she has been the Chief of the National Center of the Turkmenistan Trade Union. She is a member of the Turkmen Democratic Party, is married and has three children. ¶5. District 73 - Atahan Charyyev: Charyyev was born in Ashgabat in 1973. He graduated from Turkmen Medical Institute in 1997. From 1997-2008 he worked as Chief of the Medical Service of the Ministry of Defense, a surgeon in the Niyazov Farmers Union Policlinic, a family doctor in the Ashgabat Farmers Union, and an intern in the Lebap provincial policlinic. Since 2008 he has been the Chief of Surgery in the Garshsyzlyk etrap. He is maried and has three children. ¶6. District 74 - Tursunkuly Babakuliyyev: Babakuliyyev was born in Bitik village in 1956. He graduated from Turkmen Pedagogic InsTitute in 1977. 1977-1991 he taught in secondary school #19 in Farap. 1997-2001 he was a senior teacher in the Farap education office. 2001-2002 he was a specialist in the Farap education office. Since 2002 he has been a senior specialist in the Farap education office. Babakuliyyev is a member of the Turkmen Democratic Party, is married, and has five children. ¶7. District 75 - Batyr Sapargulyyevich Ibragimov: Ibragimov was born in Turkmenabat in 1965. He graduated from Turkmen Polytechnic Institute in 1989. 1983-1985 he preformed military service. 1989-1997 he was senior engineer at Santehmontaj enterprise in Turkmenabat. 1997-2002 he was head of specialized construction enterprise of the Buyan industrial complex. Since 2002 he has been the Chief of the laboratory of Turkmenstandartlary State Service. Ibragimov is married and has three children. ASHGABAT 00000113 002 OF 002 ¶8. District 76 - Yusup Seyliyevich Gochyyev: Gochyyev was born in Gutlyyev village in 1959. He graduated in 1984 from Turkmen Pedagogic Institute. 1984-2004 he was Deputy Principal of secondary school #10 of Serdarabat etrap. Since 2004 he has been the Deputy Chief of the Serdarabat education office. He is married and has three children. ¶9. District 77 - Yoldash Hallyevich sheripov was born in Turkmenabat in 1973. He graduated from Moscow State Construction University in 1995. From 1996-2008 he was senior specialist of the investment division, senior specialist of the budget division, and senior auditor in the audit division of the Lebap provincial division of the Economy and Finance Department. Since 2008 he has been the chief of the finance department of Lebap province. MILES
