1. (SBU) We delivered the U.S. Annual Declaration under the
Hague Code of Conduct (HCOC) on March 25 to MFA
Nonproliferation and Disarmament Deputy DG Ahmet Gun. He
expressed appreciation for the information and confirmed that
the GOT had submitted its Annual Declaration during the week
of March 16.
