Sinirlioglu October 5 on the outcome of the October 1 P5 1
talks with Iran in Geneva. Sinirlioglu expressed his
appreciation for the briefing. He requested clarification
into the legal basis by which Iran's nuclear program would be
evaluated for its compliance with the international
community's will (i.e.: Has the UNSC, P5 1 or the USG made a
definitive satement of what conditions must be fulffilled for
the international community ever to allow Iran to enrich
