OF AFGHANISTAN-PAKISTAN REVIEW

(SBU) Polchief passed on March 30 a copy of the white paper
policy report contained in reftel to Jordan's delegation to
the Afghanistan conference in The Hague. Polchief also
passed it to the Foreign Minister's acting office director.
The delegation in the Hague, headed by the King's brother LTG
Prince Faisal, acknowledged receipt of the message, but
offered no substantive response. The FM was in Doha for the
Arab League Summit. Post will follow up for any substantive
responses.
