On October 29, PolOff delivered reftel points seeking
Jordanian support for the U.S. draft action plan to combat
racial and religious discrimination to Dr. Manal Mazahreh of
the Foreign Ministry's Human Rights Department. Mazahreh
stated reftel points would be discussed with their Geneva
Mission the afternoon of October 29. POLOFF explained the
USG position on the "defamation of religion" issue. Post will
also pass draft draft action plan to Mazahreh once received.
