Poloff delivered reftel demarche on September 15 to Samer
Naber, Chief of the Americas Bureau at the Ministry of
Foreign Affairs. Naber indicated that Foreign Minister
Nasser Judeh would likely attend the event, although it is
possible that Environment Minister Khaled Irani will travel
to New York and attend in Judeh's stead. Naber said he would
update us on Jordanian attendance at the event when a final
decision had been made.
