(C) Per reftel B, Ambassador Mousa Breisat, head of the International Organizations section at the MFA, led the Jordanian delegation to the 2009 Plenary Meeting at The Hague. The delegation also included officials from the Jordan Atomic Energy Agency and the Jordan Armed Forces. ¶3. (C) Per reftel A, Naber agreed the MFA would provide comment on the Model Guidelines Document for Nuclear Detection Architecture through the Global Initiative Information Portal website by the July 13 deadline.
