International Organizations Desk Officer Nguyen Thi Thu Quynh
urging Vietnam to oppose UNGA resolutions with an anti-Israel bias.
PolOff conveyed disappointment that Vietnam voted in favor of all
21 anti-Israel resolutions last year, and encouraged the MFA to
take a more balanced approach this year. Quynh took the message on
board and promised to relay the U.S. position to her superiors and
the Vietnamese Mission in New York.
