(SBU) Per reftel, PolOff delivered the demarche to Dr. Kojo
Assan, Director, International Organizations and Multilateral
Bureau at the Ghana MFA. Assan reacted positively to the
demarche and said that he is aware of the upcoming vote for
UN International Civil Service Commission (ISCS). PolOff
provided Assan with a copy of CV for US candidate Lucretia
Myers, which he will forward to the Foreign Minister. Post
will advise if additional information is received.
