1. (SBU) As per reftel B demarche instructions, and as reported in
reftel A, the Ambassador delivered a demarche to the Minister of
Finance on April 17 regarding Kosovo's IMF and World Bank membership
bids. On April 30, the Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of
Finance told Economic Counselor that Nigeria will vote in favor of
Kosovo's IMF and World Bank memberships before the voting deadlines,
and possibly as early as Monday, May 4.
