(U) This is an action request; please see paragraph 2. ¶2. (SBU) Action request: Post requests updated information for Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) on the consolidated list of individuals and organizations linked to Al-Qaida. The CBN earlier released a circular advising Nigerian financial institutions on this matter. Post is requesting an update of the consolidated list for CBN to disseminate in new circulars. ¶3.
