¶1. Poloff delivered reftel demarche, nonpaper and
pre-invitation for the Africa Regional Workshop on Biosafety
and Biosecurity to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' Director
of the First UN Division Maria Laose October 6. Laose ( 234
8059006063) is the POC at the MFA in Abuja. She was not sure
who would be the appropriate contact in their Washington
embassy.
