(C) On May 31, UAE Central Bank Strategy Unit Chief Ahmed Al Qamzi
confirmed that UAE Minister of State for Financial Affairs Obaid Al
Tayer had voted in favor of Kosovo's World Bank membership. Al Qamzi
said the UAE had submitted its vote in late April; he asked to be
informed if the USG had reason to believe this vote had not been
received.
