1. Ref email requested that post conduct five separate
post-shipment verifications for numerous Laptop computers exported
as No License Required by Laptop Plaza, Kenilworth, NJ.
2. On November 30 and Dec 1, 2009 Export Control Officer attempted
to physically locate Content Ocean General Trading at several
locations in the congested Deira area of Dubai. ECO has not been
able to physically locate this company despite exhausting
additional resources available at post. From late November through
early December 09, ECO has left several messages on the phone
numbers associated with the contact Bijan Rahbari, and has yet to
receive any return calls.
3. Post considers this check to be inconclusive as we are unable to
establish contact with Content Ocean General Trading.
