(C) On December 3 pol-mil officer delivered reftel points to
Mladen Nakic of the MFA's International Security
Department. Nakic said that Foreign Minister Jankdrokovic
would sign the Convention on Cluster Munitions (CCM) later
that day. (Note: The MFA later issued an official press
release that stated CROATIA signed the CCM. End Note.) Nakic
said that he did not believe that the GoC had any concerns
regarding the interoperability of military forces due to
signing the CCM.
