1. The Ambassador supports ODC Croatia's 1206 proposal to
improve Maritime Domain Awareness on the Croatian Coast. The
night vision equipment the proposal will provide would
dramatically increase Croatia's ability to monitor nocturnal
movements, thereby decreasing arms, human and other illicit
trafficking.
2. The POC for this project is ODC Chief LTC Charles
