¶1. (C) Reftel points were delivered to Andrej Dogan of the
Department for the United Nations at the Croatian Ministry of
Foreign Affairs and European Integration on 06 May 2008.
According to Dogan, Croatian Permanent Representative to the
UN Neven Jurica has expressed support for the resolution.
Dogan noted GOC international legal experts were still
reviewing the text as of 08 May but did reiterate the GOC's
support.
