Econ Off delivered reftel demarche to the Croatian Ministry
of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Finance on April 24. Both
ministries were aware of this issue, having been previously
demarched by the Turkish embassy. Croatia does not yet have a
position on Turkey's request and was waiting to hear the
views of the EBRD's larger shareholders. Post will report
any follow up septel.
