(C) In a follow up to Ambassador's conversation March 27 with
Foreign Minister Sikorski (reftel),Minister of Defense
Bogdan Klich called Ambassador on the morning of March 28 to
apologize for the leak of the non-paper, reiterating that the
government was disturbed by the leak and would pursue
investigation to find the source. Klich attempted to reach
the Ambassador to convey that message on March 27 but the
Ambassador was not available. Ambassador reiterated that the
Secretary had been disturbed by the leak, and assured Klich
