On October 30 we provided Jonas Daniliauskas of the MFA's
Arms Control and Terrorism Prevention Division with a non
paper based upon reftel. On November 4 we were assured by
Igoris Krzeckovskis of the Financial Crimes Investigation
Service (FNTT) that the GOL fully implements FATF
recommendations and that he was aware of the latest FATF
guidance regarding Iran.
