Dontatas Vainalavicius, who said the Lithuanians "look
favorably" on the four criteria suggested by the U.S. on
transfers of enrichment and reprocessing equipment (ENR) and
technology. He said he would relay to Lithuania's mission in
Vienna our objective on reaching consensus on these criteria
at the November 19 consultative group meeting, also in Vienna.
