Post informed MFA Arms Control Attache Martynas Lukosevicius
July 28 that Mauritius and Uzbekistan are new partner nations
in the Global Initiative to Combat Nuclear Terrorism.
Lukosevicius said the GOL would be open to working with
Uzbekistan on GI issues and confirmed that Arms Control
Division First Secretary Jonas Daniliauskas, who is currently
on leave, remains the Global Initiative Point of Contact.
