identifiers to Elisabeth Ottawa from the Ministry of
Finance's Money Laundering and Terrorist Finance Unit,
highlighting that the USG intended to propose listing RIHS by
the end of May. Ottawa promised to share the information
internally to prevent any possible flight of capital. She
also promised to relay our request for co-sponsorship to
Austria's UN Mission.
