1. Post notes that General Assembly plenary resolution
A/62/L.47 "Implementation of the recommendations contained in
the report of the Secretary-General on the causes of conflict
and the promotion of durable peace and sustainable
development in Africa" will come before the General Assembly
for debate and adoption on Thursday, September 11. Text of
the resolution is available at http://documents.un.org.
Unless Department indicates otherwise, we will join consensus
on this resolution.
