¶1. USUN has faxed to EUR-IO/EX/FM-Alice Green a copy of an
official note and invoice requesting payment of $966,231 to
the Trust Fund for the Vienna Convention for the Protection
of the Ozone Layer (VC),of the United Nations Environment
Programme (UNEP). As of November 22, 2007 payments owed are
as follows:
