¶1. In response to Reftel, USUN grants country clearance to
Roger Moran, Counter-terrorism Chief, IO/PSC to participate
in consultations with mission staff involved in sanctions and
counter-terrorism issues, to participate in a May 5 meeting
of the 1267 Committee, and to participate in the May 6 Joint
Meeting of the 1267, Counter-terrorism Committee and 1540
Committees.
¶2. USUN will assist in obtaining a UN badge for Mr. Moran.
