1. In response to Reftel, Country Clearance is granted for
U.S. Department of Justice personnel to give a presentation
to the Counter-Terrorism Executive Directorate (CTED) to
explain how the U.S. prosecutes terrorism cases and to engage
CTED in discussions regarding USG and CTED coordination in
counterterrorism technical assistance efforts on March 10.
2. The following personnel are approved to participate in
the above discussions:
