1. In response to Reftel, USUN grants country clearance to
Andrew Keller, Attorney Adviser, L/LEI to participate in
meetings of the Ad Hoc Committee Established by UNGA
Resolution 51/210 of 17 December, 1996 (Measures to Eliminate
International Terrorism) which will meet on February 25-26 at
UN Headquarters to continue negotiations on the proposed
Comprehensive Convention on International Terrorism.
2. USUN will assist in obtaining a UN badge for Mr. Keller.
