2. NATO's International Staff has provided the list below of
Afghan participants for the NATO-Russia Counter-Narcotics
Training course to be held at Dushanbe, Tajikistan, August
11-19, 2008. This request is an addendum to REFTEL
concerning Tajik participants in the same course. Post
recognizes that this information is incomplete and is
requesting additional identifying information.
