July 17 of its 2007 UN voting coincidence with the United States.
Post encouraged the GOM to exchange views prior to UN votes to
improve understanding and increase voting coincidence. This message
was received by Director General Baatar of the Foreign Ministry's
Multilateral Cooperation Department. He did not make any immediate
substantive reply. Post does not anticipate any near-term feedback
from the GOM.
