1. (U) On April 2, the Embassy received Diplomatic Note
1146 from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) announcing
Tunisia's candidacy for re-election to the Administration
Council and the Postal Operations Council of the Universal
Postal Union. The 24th session of the Universal Postal
Congress will take place from July 23 to August 12 in Geneva.
The text of the diplomatic note will be faxed to NEA/MAG -
Maya Harris.
