1. The EMBASSY has exchanged diplomatic notes with attachments with
the GOJ and received GOJ DNS-INs for the following cases: 788, 789
and 794.
U.S. notes and attachments for above cases were given to MOFA in
final forms on:
- 788: January 8, 2008
- 789 (Revision): February 21, 2008
- 794: February 28, 2008
The corresponding GOJ note numbers for the cases are:
- 788: 995/DNS-IN, dated March 17, 2008
- 789: 996/DNS-IN, dated March 17, 2008
- 794: 997/DNS-IN, dated March 17, 2008
2. The text of the GOJ notes are exactly the same as previously used
standard texts, ref A, except for the specification of numbers and
dates above.
3. A certified copy of the U.S. notes and attachments, and originals
of the GOJ DNS-IN numbers, will be pouched to the Department
(ISN/NESS - Robin DeLaBarre) on March 20, 2008 under registry no.
3964072.
